Cars unsuitable for use on Practical Driving Test
Most modern cars are suitable for the UK practical driving test but some cars have large blind spots to the rear and present examiners with problems with all round observation, particularly when the pupil on test is carrying out manouevres.
Many panel vans also present problems with vision and are often unsuitable for the practical test.
Cars which the DSA consider unsuitable and will not allow to be used for a practical driving test are currently:
Ford KA convertible
BMW Mini convertible
VW Beetle convertible
Toyota IQ
